Ordering & COD
Does Scentico offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in Pakistan?
Yes. Scentico is COD only — you pay when your order arrives. We do not require online payment, card details, or advance transfer at checkout.
How do I place an order on Scentico?
Browse the shop, add products to your bag, then go to checkout. Enter your name, Pakistani mobile number (+92 or 03xx), city, and full delivery address. Submit the order — you pay cash to the courier when the parcel arrives.
Do I need to pay before delivery?
No. Scentico is cash on delivery only. You pay the full order amount (products plus delivery, if applicable) when you receive your parcel.
What phone number should I use at checkout?
Use a valid Pakistani mobile number starting with +92 or 03xx (11 digits for 03xx format). We use this number for delivery updates and order confirmation.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or phone if you need to change your address or cancel. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible — but we will try to help.
How do I track my Scentico order?
After placing your order, you receive an order confirmation page with your order ID. For status updates, contact us on WhatsApp +923193155309 or call +92 319 3155309 with your order ID.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No. There is no minimum order value. Delivery is Rs. 250 on orders below Rs. 3,000. Orders of Rs. 3,000 or above get free delivery nationwide.

What are Scentico delivery charges in Pakistan?
Delivery is Rs. 250 flat nationwide. Orders of Rs. 3,000 or above qualify for free delivery anywhere in Pakistan.
How long does Scentico delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Does Scentico deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes. We deliver to all major cities and most areas across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, and smaller towns. Enter your city at checkout.
Does Scentico deliver to smaller towns and villages?
Yes, in most cases. Enter your city and full address at checkout. If a courier cannot reach your area, we will contact you before dispatch.
Products & fragrances
Are Scentico perfumes original designer bottles?
Scentico sells designer-inspired fragrances (impressions), not original brand bottles. Each product is inspired by a well-known scent and offered at an affordable price in Pakistan.
What does "inspired by" mean at Scentico?
"Inspired by" means the fragrance is crafted to resemble a popular designer scent in character and notes. It is not an original branded product from the luxury house named on the label.
What sizes are available for perfumes and attars?
Perfumes are available in 30 ML, 50 ML, and 100 ML. Attars are available in 6 ML (Half Tola) and 12 ML (Tola). Size options and prices are shown on each product page.
What is the difference between perfume and attar at Scentico?
Perfumes are spray eau de parfum-style fragrances in 30, 50, or 100 ML bottles. Attars are concentrated traditional perfume oils applied in small amounts, sold in 6 ML and 12 ML sizes.
How do I apply attar?
Apply a small drop to pulse points — wrists, neck, or behind the ears. Attars are concentrated, so one or two drops are enough. Do not rub vigorously; let the oil settle on skin.
How long do Scentico fragrances last?
Most Scentico perfumes are long-lasting — typically 8–12 hours depending on skin type, weather, and application. Attars often last longer because they are oil-based. Each product page lists longevity where available.
Does Scentico have perfumes for men, women, and unisex?
Yes. Shop by Men's, Women's, or Unisex from the navigation or use filters on the shop page. Attars are listed separately under the Attars category.
Returns & exchanges
What is Scentico's return and exchange policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange. Products must be mostly unused with at least 90% content remaining. Return requests are processed within 3-5 working days. See our Returns policy for full details.
How do I return a Scentico product?
Contact us within 30 days via email or WhatsApp with your order ID and reason. We will guide you through the return or exchange steps. Unused products (90% or more remaining) are eligible.
Who pays return shipping?
Return shipping depends on the reason for return. Contact us first — we will confirm whether return pickup or self-ship applies and any charges before you send the product back.

What payment methods does Scentico accept?
Scentico accepts COD only (PKR). There is no online card, JazzCash, or bank transfer payment at checkout on scentico.pk.
When is delivery free at Scentico?
Delivery is free when your order subtotal is Rs. 3,000 or above. Below that, a flat Rs. 250 delivery fee applies anywhere in Pakistan.
Is buying perfume on COD safe with Scentico?
