• Products should be mostly unused, with at least 90% content remaining.
• Return requests processed within 3-5 working days.
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Customer pays delivery for exchanges unless product was wrong/damaged.
• Damage, leakage, or wrong product — we cover all return delivery charges.
