Step-by-step: order perfume on COD

• Browse the shop and add perfumes or attars to your bag.
• Go to checkout and enter your full name, Pakistani mobile number (+92 or 03xx), city, and complete delivery address.
• Review your subtotal. Delivery is Rs. 250 nationwide; orders of Rs. 3,000 or above qualify for free delivery.
• Place the order. You will see an order confirmation with your order ID.
• When the courier arrives, inspect the parcel and pay the full amount in cash.

Delivery charges and timing

Scentico charges a flat Rs. 250 for delivery anywhere in Pakistan. There are no city-wise rate differences. If your order subtotal is Rs. 3,000 or more, delivery is free.

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours and delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your city and courier coverage.

What if you change your mind?

Scentico offers a 30-day return policy. If a fragrance is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order ID. Products must be mostly unused (90% or more remaining). See our Returns policy for full details.
